Set the record straight.
Every fact on a profile shows where it came from. Find one that is wrong and tell us. We fix it, or we take it down until we source it.
Find something wrong on a page and tell us. We correct it within two business days, or we remove that fact until we can source it. What changed, and when, is published on the profile.
File one
Four fields, and the one that matters is the source. It lands in the same queue a claim does, and a person reads that queue.
Removal and suspension
Ask and we unclaim a profile and delete whatever its owner gave us. A page in an unresolved factual dispute gets suspended, not quietly edited. The facts in question come down and the page says so.
What a correction cannot do
It cannot change a score. Scores are computed from outside data under a published method. If the underlying fact was wrong, correcting the fact changes what the score is built from, and the next scoring run follows. Nothing about that step is negotiable, and nothing about it is for sale.
